The Infant Massage Programme, starting this Thursday, has one spot left. This programme is a wonderful way for parents to bond with their babies through soothing massage techniques. If you miss out on this session, don't worry – another programme is planned for May.
Our Baby & Toddler Group is a fantastic opportunity for social interaction. It welcomes all adults with infants, wobblers, toddlers, or pre-school children. Whether you're a mum, dad, grandparent, or carer, this group provides a friendly environment to meet others and share experiences.
We also have information and referral forms for the Butterflies & Volcanoes and You Matter programmes. These initiatives offer valuable support and resources for personal development and emotional well-being. Additionally, we are starting a small play therapy group for 5-7 year-olds soon. This group aims to help young children express their feelings and develop coping skills through play.
