Summer Exam Timetables

Summer Exam Timetables

As school now approaches the end of year exams and block classes timetable, we wish to inform you about certain changes which may occur with the structure of the school day. Students in non-exam years (1st, 2nd, 3rd & 5th) have three exams per day, and exam years (3rd & 6th year) have three Block lessons per day. There may be days, whereby students have only two exams or two block lessons in a given day, therefore there may be a gap in their timetable. All students have been issued with their exam timetables.

Students are only required to be in school when they have an exam or a block class. If for example, your daughter's only exam or block lesson on a given day, is from 11am to 1pm, they are only required to be in school during those hours.

In certain cases, students may have a break between a morning and afternoon exam/block lesson, but they are free to remain in school and may continue with their revision in the GPA. Should they choose to leave the building during this free time, it is then the responsibility of the student to ensure they return to school on time for their afternoon exam/block and to remind parents/guardians that they may not be on the school grounds for the duration of their day.

Students are reminded that they represent the school when in uniform and that any misbehaviour in the public (village shops, buses, etc.) will not be tolerated.
