Wellbeing Week 2016

Welcome to Wellbeing Week 2016!!

After a very successful Wellbeing week last year we are delighted to be celebrating Wellbeing again.  This years events will take place from Monday February 29th to Friday March 4th.  The week will be packed full of events to promote Wellbeing in all its forms.  This year we are focusing on a different theme for each day.  Over the five days we will cover:

  • Friendship & Antibullying
  • Think Positive
  • Fitness & Relaxation
  • Healthy Eating
  • Rainbow Day

There will be activities to suit every taste, from Yoga to Raves!  See the timetable below and take part in as many activities as possible!!

Today we had a visit from a happy pear!  Who knew healthy could look this good!!
